CONDITIONS AND STIPULA
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS such land abuts. or the right to maintain

(a) “land’: the land described, specific- ally or by reference, in. Schedule C and improvements affixed thereto which by law constitute real property;
(b) . “public records”: those records whlch impart constructive notice of matters relating to said land;

8. LIABILITY NONCUMULATIVE
It is expressly understood that the amount of this policy is reduced by any amount the Company may pay under any
