I EASEMENT
For valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, L
BARTOLOME ORTEGA PIZARRO, and SALGY:-I' ORTEGA PIZARRO, hus-
band and wife, as joint tenants,
in, upon, over, and across the foIIowing described lands, to wit: That portion of Lot 46 of Seaside Lands in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof.
No. 1722, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, July 28, 1921, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 46, said poi1
being 129.93 feet from the most Westerly corner thereof; thence Soul
Oo 10' West 116.50 feet; thence South 56O 38' 20" West 20.80 feet;
thence North 34O 26' West 117.40 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, concave Easterly, having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence Nortl
easterly along said curve, through a central angle of 124" 36', an
arc distance of 43.49 feet: thence South 89O 50' East 67.54 feet to
the Point of Beginning. 6
'ThexBM said right of way easement in the aforesaid land is particularIy described as rouows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 46 of Seaside Lands,
Map 1722, filed in the Office of the Recorder of said San Diego
County; thence South 89O 50' East 129.93 feet: thence South Oo 10'
West 116.50 feet; thence South 56 O 38 ' 20" West 20.80 feet; thence
North 34O 26 ' West 112.40 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING-of the
easement to be described; thence continuing North 34' 26' West 5.00
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve.Easterly, having a radius c
20.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve, through a central
angle of 41" 24' 35", an arc distance of 14.46 feet: thence South
34O 26' East 18.23 feet; thence South 55" 34' West 5.00 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said described easement.
