This conveyance is subject to non-delinquent taxes and general, special and supplemental assessments and all bonds, and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, licenses, reservations, rights, rights-of-way and other matters of record and off-record affecting the Property, including without limitation matters which could be ascertained by an inspection or survey of the Property. Grantor disclaims any and all express or implied warranties regarding the Property other than the implied warranty stated in Subsection 1 of Section 11 13 of the California Civil Code.
