WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, on January 4 4 5 6 City limits required for the Batiquitos Lagoon Enhancement Project; and 7 1994 adopted the Resolution of Necessity to Condemn certain properties within tht 8 WHEREAS, one of the property owners has accepted the City's offer to purchasc 9 10 11 WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the 12 13 public interest to accept this aforementioned deed and future deeds, if any, required fol 14 said project. 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council, of the City 01 16 17 18 the property in lieu of proceeding with the condemnation and has executed a gran deed to the City; and Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1.
