I) n Pursuant to the authority of Section 25365 of the Government
'" Code and by order adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of
its Board of Supervisors at their regular meeting of January 30,
1962 (Item 104), the County of San Diego, a political subdivision
of the State of California, sells, transfers, and conveys to the
City of Carlsbad, located in the County of San Diego, California,
for city purposes, all of its right, title and interest in and to
the following real property situated in the County of San Diego,
State of CaLifornia and more particularly described as follows:
All that portion of Lot "J" of Hancho Agua Hedionda, according to the map thereof No,-.82A filed in.the orffce of the Recorder of San Diego County, described as follows: beginning at a point in said Lot "J" from which a 6-inch pipe filled with concrete, marking the most westerly corner of said Lot "J" bears S. 81°00'30f1 W. 4642.77 feet; thence running from said point of beginning N. 70°15130" E, 134.32 feet to the true point of beginning; thence S. 4go2gt50" W, 267.07 feet to a point on the center line of County Road
Survey No, 745, according to plat thereof on file in
the office of the Surveyor of said County, said point being on a curve in said center line having a radius of 550 feet the center of said curve bearing S. 31°2512811 W. from said point; thence northwesterly along said curve of 550 foot radius through a central angle of 19°401541r a .distance of 188.93 feet; thence leaving said curve and said center line of Road Survey No. 745 on a line bearing N. 2°57f25" W. a distance of 323.38 feet; thence N. 75"30t E. 271.45 feet, thence S. 24'55130" E. 318.77 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 2.93 acres, more or less.
FiESERVING therefrom an easement and right of 'way for public highway purposes over and across the southwesterly 30 feet thereof.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by Grant Deed dated February 13, 1962, from
the County of San Diego to the City of Carlsbad, a political
corporation and/or governmental agency, is hereby accepted
by order of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the
6th day of March, 1962, and the grantee consents to record-
ation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
