In the event that said easement is no longer required for service, or if said easement is not used by Grantee for a period of six months, all rights herein granted shall, after a 90 days notice by the Grantee, revert to the Grantor, its successors or assigns, automat- ically and without the'necessity of re-entry, and Grantee shall, within a reasonable time, remove at its expense all facilities installed by Grantee. Grantor on demand, a good and sufficient Quitclaim Deed of all its rights, title and interest in the above described real property. This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Deed, dated June 26, 1979, from County of San Diego as Grantor, to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a Municipal Water District organized and existing under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911, as amended, is hereby accepted by order of the Board of Directors of the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT on August 15, 1979, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
