~n easement for water line purposes, 15 feet in width, over, under, along and across that portion of Lot "1" of Rancho
Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 823, filed
in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County on November 16, 1896, the centerline of said 15 foot easement
being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly boundary of El Camino
Mesa, Unit No. 6, Map No. 6988, distant thereon 25.17 feet Westerly from the Southwest corner of Lot 12 of said El Camin0
Mesa, Unit No. 6; thence South 4°46'00" East a distance of
6.00 feet; thence South 85°14'00" West a distance of 98.00 fee thence South 40°14'00" West a distance of 102.01 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northwesterly and having
a radius of 100.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along the arc
of said curve through a central angle of 24°00100" a distance
