in consideration of one dollar, and other value received, does hereby
grant to the OCEANSIDE MUTUAL VVATER COMPANY, a corporation organized
under the laws of the State of California, the perpetual right and
easement to enter upo:. the parcels of lai^d described to-wit:-
Commencirig at the Northerly line of Lot 3 of Section 1,
Tovmshlp 12 South, Range 5 West, at a point 6.65 feet East from the
point of intersection of said Northerly line with the prolongation
of the center line of Pacific Street as shown on Map No. 909 oa file
in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Diego, State of
California, and measuring: S 41° 16' E for a distance of 176.95
feet; 5 feet Ely from and parallel with the produced center line
of said Pacific Street. Said Easement is to he 5 feet in width,
centering on the above described line.

Commencing at the Northerly line of Lot 3 of Section 1,
Tovmship 12 South, Range 5 West, at a point 6.65 feet West from

185.72 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing S 41

and measuring: Southeasterly a distance of 175.57 feet along a
line 2i feet Westerly from and parallel with the Westerly line of
said Commercial Street; thence East a distance of 5.44 feet; thence
S 34° 46' 43" E a dista;.ce of 109.47 feet. Said right of way is to
be five (5) feet in width, centering on the above described line.
To be used for the purpose of placing, constructing,
repairing, and maintaining, and using pipe and fittings there-
on; and the transmission of water for all purposes for which
it may be used and also the perpetual right to replace, maintain,
and repair all pipe and fittings installed upon the described
real property and to that end, and for that purpose to go upon
said land to place, construct, repair and replace said pipe and
fittings, and maintain the same in a suitable and proper condition
for use. It is agreed by the parties hereto, and the aforesaid
rights are hereby granted.
The said corporation is to be responsible for any damages
that may be caused by constructing, operating, and maintaining
all said pipe fittings upon said land for which in law it would
be liable.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all such rights and easements uiito
the said corporation, its successors and assigns forever.
WITNESSETH: That said corporation has caused this deed
to be signed by its Vice President and Assistant S^retary and
its corporation seal to be affixed hereto this day of March,
1929.

At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the OCEANSIDE
MUTUAL WATER CO&lPAiJY, held on the 21st day of May^ 1929 at eleven o'clock
A. M., at the office of said Company, 910 Garland Building, 74-0 South Broadw ay,
Los Angeles, Califoihia, at which all of the Directors were present, the
following proceedings vrere had;
Upon raotlon duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED, that the President and Secretary are herewitfc authorized
to accept an easement from the Union Trust Compary of San Diego
which easement over Lot 3, of Section 1, Township 12, S. R. 5 W,
as set forth and signed the Union Trust Company on the 13th day
of March, 1929. Also easement by Alfred G. Blair and Suie A. Blair
to the Oceanside Mutual Water Compaiy for strip of land 5 feet wide
along and contiguous to, and south of, the north line of Lot A,
according to map of Granville Park Ho. 2, on file in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, California and numbered 2037,
as evidenced easement signed said Alfred G. Biair arid Susie A.
Blair on the 10th day of May, 1929.
