An easement for sewer and access purposes over, under, along
and across a strip of land 20-feet in width lying within Lot "GI' of Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 823, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, November 16, 1896. The centerline of said strip being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of that certain parcel of land designated as "Description No. 4" as shown on
Record of Survey Map No. 5715 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said county and state on December 19,
1960; thence along the westerly line of said Parcel South
09°58f17ff East, 600 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line North 77O22'52" East, 1107.47 feet to the True Point
of Beginning of the herein described centerline; thence North 48'42'38" East, 242.02 feet to the Northeasterly
line of said "Description No. 4".
The sidelines of said 20-foot easement to begin in the Southwest at a location on the prolongation of a line through the True Point of Beginning which has a bearing of North 4S001'52" West and to end in the Northeast on the Northeastly line of said "Description No. 4".
