between EDWARD C. YOUM~LL, hereinafter called first party and
CARLSBO PibTUAL WATBR CoiJiPN, a corporztion organized and ex-
isting under the laws of the State of CalifornlG, with its
principal off ice at Carlsbad, California, hereinafter called
second party.
WITNESSETH
That the first party, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars to him in hand paid by the second
party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these
presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said
second party, and to its successors and assigns forever, a right
of way for laying and maintaining pipes, pipelines, aqueducts,
pole line, subways and conduits over, across and under the
following described real property, with the right of inspection,
repair, replacement, alteration and improvement of such pipes,
pipe lines, aqueducts, pole lines, subways and conduits, and all
reasonable rights of ingress to, and egress from, said real
property, for the purpose of the reasonable enjoyment and control
of said right of way, said real property being described as follows:
The Easterly 10.0 feet of the Southerly 119.00 feet of that portion of Cedar Hill Addition to the Town of Carlsbad, .Tn'Zhe'C6unG of San Diego, State of California, according to
fiap thereof #532, filed in the office of the County Becorder of said San Die&o County April 25, 1888, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of sgid Cedar Hill Addition, running thence North 89 26, West along the %orth line of said Addition 731.29 feet to the Northeast corner of Tract 6 of Laguna Mesa Tracts, as shown on Map thereof No. 1719; thence South along the East line of said Tract 6, a distance of 740.40 feet to the true point of beginning; being the Southwest corner of the land described in the deed to Thomas J. Murphy and wife, recorded July 23, 1929 as Document No. 42085 in Book, 1664, page 141 of Deeds; thence
continuing South along said East line of said Tract 6, a distance of 357 feet; thence East parallel with the South line of said Cedar Hill Addition, 366 feet to a point in the West line of the land described in deed to E. B. Sutton and wife, recorded October 5, 1944, as Document No. 74265 in Book 1754, page 175 of Official Records; thence North along said West line, being also parallel with said East line of said Tract 6 a distance of 357 feet to a point In the South line of said mrphy's land above referred to; thence West along said South line 366 feet to the true point of beginnlng.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and sing~lar, the said premises,
together with the appurtenances unto the said second party and
to its successors and assigns forever.
