AGREEMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON TAMARACK AVENUE
APN 206-020-05, PROJECT NO. 3203
In consideration for dedication of approximately 20 feet of the northerly portion of APN
206-020-05, the City of Carlsbad agrees to provide the following within two (2) years from
the date of grant of easement:
Service laterals will be provided for utilities within Tamarack Avenue.
Laterals will be stubbed to the street right-of-way limits. This shall include
electric, cable, telephone, gas, sewer, storm drain and'water laterals. Laterals
sha!! be G€ sufficient size t~ serve ap tc I?~T?,z (9) units. Senk~ hterals will not
include installation of wires, valves, and meters for utility service. Empty
conduits only will be installed.
One 30-foot wide driveway approach will be provided. This will include
concrete pavement to the right-of-way line and graded earthwork to join
existing ground approximately 10 feet beyond the right-of-way.
All street improvements along the frontage of APN 206-020-05 will be paid
for by the City.

CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
A This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed or
easement, da:cd I/ 17 / 9 2 from Tamarack Partners
to the City of Carlsbad, California, a political corporation and/or governmental agency, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City of Carlsbad,
California, pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 91-71 of the City of Carlsbad,
adopted on March 5, 1991, and the grantee consents to the recordation thereof by it's duly
authorized officer.
