Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 15, said corner is as shown on F
Survey Map No, 9880, said point also shown on Record of Survey Map No, 10774 an
No. 43 thereon, said point also being on the Southerly line of Parcel 4 in deed
September 2, 1981 as filelpage No. 81-280855, recorded in the Office of the County of San Diego County; thence Westerly along said Southerly line North 86O58'53" Wc
feet to a point on the Northerly line of the future right-of-way of La Costa Avenuc in the Office of the City Engineer of said C.ity; thence South 89O57'49" East 42 thence South 88O49'04" East 300.10 feet; thence South 87O05'59" East 156.20 feet to a intersection of the Southerly line of said Lot 15 with the Northerly line of th right-of-way of La Costa Avenue, on file in the Office of the City Engineer of s thence Westerly along said Southerly line South 83O47'23" West 75.79 feet; then
