Quarter, all in Section 35 , Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernard
Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California accord
to the official plat thereof approved October 25, 1875 lying within a strip
land 63 feet wide; the Easterly line of said strip being described as follows
Commencing at the Northerly terminus of the centerline of that certain 90 f
strip of land having a bearing of North 8O52'13" West as described in deed
the County of San Diego, recorded November 28 , 1969 as FilelPage No. 217
radius curve concave Westerly; thence Northerly along said curve througf
central angle of 6O23'14" a distance of 332.76 feet to a point of intersect
with the Southerly line of said Section 35, being the TRUE POINT
BEGINNING; thence continuing along said 2,985 foot radius curve througf
central angle of 9°11'40" a distance of 479.01 feet; thence tangent to s
