BEGINNING at the easterly corner of Tract 246 as shown on said map, said corner also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 26"47'04" East, 423.65 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the West and having a radius of 190.00 feet; thence along said curve 71.79 feet through a central angle of 21 "38'59"; thence North 61"21'30" East, 44.64 feet; thence North 26O47'04I West, 493.03 feet; thence South 61"21'30" West, 30.02 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed or
easement, dated 4/4/96 , from Carlsbad Unified School District
to- the City of ‘Carlsbad, “ifornia, a political corporation and/or governmental agency, is
hereby accepted by &e undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City of Carlsbad,
California, pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 91-71 of the City of Carlsbad,
adopted on March 5, 1991, and the grantee consents to the recordation thereof by it‘s duly
authorized officer.
