This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the GRANT DEED OF
EASEMENT dated August 4.2003, from Robert L. Smith and Alice P. Smith, husband and wife
as community property as to and undivided ?h interest and Thomas L. and Julia Farner Anthony,
trustees for the Anthony Family Trust under declaration dated December 24, 1984, as to an
undivided one-half interest, to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation, is
hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, pursuant to Ordinance
