This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the GRANT
DEED OF EASEMENT dated September 26. 2006. from Michael and Emily
Baqnall. Trustees of the Emily and Michael Baqnall Family Trust, dated
Decembers. 1985. to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation, is
hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, pursuant
to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on September 16,1997, and the grantee
