The uses described herein shall be exclusive to Grantee and to other agencies and entities designated in writing by Grantee. Grantor agrees that no building and/or structures will be erected, walls constructed, fences built nor trees planted, nor may the easement be used by Grantor or any other person or entity, including other utilities, whether public or private, for uses whether compatible or incompatible with the uses described herein, without the e:xpress approval of Grantee. 1 08/23/96 Rev. 54 The easement granted herein shall terminate upon the dedication by Granter of the right-of-way to Carlsbad Municipal Water District for Poinsettia Lane.
