DISTRICT, a Public Agency organized in the State of California ("Granteej, its successors and assigns, an easement.
PURPOSE: The easement granted herein is for the purpose of grading, erosion control, slope stabilization, owr-
e>a:avation and recompaction, access, maintenance, repair, of a twelw (121 inch sewer force main and other uses
incidental thereto.
The uses described herein shall be e>«:lusive to Grantee and to other agencies and entities designated in writing by
Grantee. Grantor agrees that no buildings and/or structures will be erected, walls constructed, fences built nor trees
planted, nor may the easement be used by Granter or any other person or entity, including other utilities, whether public or

The easement granted herein shall terminate on December 31, 1999.

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Parcel 1; thence along the Easterly line

TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said Easterly line South 87°36'35" West
