FOLLOWS :
Those portions of Lot "I" of Rancho Agua Hedionda, according to Map
thereof No. 823, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, November 16, 1896, and Lot 1 in Block "F" of Bellavist according to map thereof No. 5152 filed in the office of said County
Recorder, March 7, 1929, all being in the City of Carlsbad, County o
San Diego, State of California, and described as a whole as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block H of Bellavista,
according to map thereof No. 2152 filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, said corner also being the northwester
corner of land described in deed to Donald A. Briggs, Jr., recorded
June 12, 1964 as file no. 106432, being a point in the northerly lin
of Park Manor No. 1, according to map thereof no. 6242, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 2, 1968;
thence along the boundary of said map no. 6242, as follows: South
89°05'10" East, 71.16 feet; South 4O48'25" East, 470.47 feet; South
