privilege and right to extend drainage structures and excava. and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein descr right-of-way where required for the construction and mainteni
of said street, road or highway. Reserving unto grantor of
above-described parcel of land, his successors or assigns,
right to eliminate such slopes and/or drainage structure:
portions thereof, when in the written opinion of the (
Engineer of Grantee, the necessity therefore is removed
substituting other protection, support and/or drainage facil
provided such substitution is first approved in writing by I
Engineer (s) .
The Grantor hereby further offers to Grantee all trees, groj
(growing or that may hereafter grow), and road building mater within said right-of-way, including the right to take wai together with the rightto use the same in such manner and at 2 locations as said Grantee may deem proper, needful or necess in the construction, reconstruction, improvement or mainten< of said highway.
