Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence along the West
line of said Lot 9, South 0°48'40" West, 64.13 feet; thence South 4Oo1C
East, 142.88 feet; thence South 0 48'40" West, 4.87 feet to the TRUE POIN
BEGINNING; thence South 69'33 t 38" West , 16.90 feet; thence South 0'49
West, 32.00 feet; thence South 27°29'23" East, 33.22 feet.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying easterly of the Westerly line I
12.00 foot wide easement designated and delineated on said Map 10161 as
foot wide drainage easement dedicated hereon".
The sidelines of said 12.00 foot wide strip of land shall be prolonge
shortened so as to commence and terminate in said Westerly line of saic
foot wide drainage easement".
