That portion of Parcel 1, Parcel Map 13126, City of Carlsbad Tract
No. 83-7, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
described as follows:
Parcel A (Circolo Santiago)
A 1LOO foot wide strip of land lying 6.00 feet on each side of and
measured perpendicular to the following described centerline:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of those easements for
sewer, water, drainage, public utilities and access purposes labeled
CALLE CABALLEROo and CTRCOLO SANTIAGO as shown on said Parcel Map 13126;
thence North 75 10' 31" East along the centerline of said Circolo Santiago
easement 257.96 feet to the beginning of a 32.00 foot radius curve concave
southerly; thence easterly along said 32.00 foot radius curve through
a central 'angle of 33' 31' 57" an arc lengh of 18.73 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence North 20' 54' 26" East 115.69 feet to the intersection
