The Owner does hereby covenant and agree to and with said City pursua to municipal codes and ordinances to keep property lines of Lots 3 and 4 free a clear of any permanent structures or obstructions that would violate minimum ex requirements of adjacent buildings, 3. The Owner shall have the right to place landscaping improvements (including sidewalks, pavement and deck surfaces) along and/or across said property lines so long as they do not obstruct or impede minimum exit requireme of adjacent structures. 4, This Covenant and Agreement shall run with the land and shall be binc upon ourselves, any future owners, encumbrancers, their successors, heirs, or assigns and shall continue in effect so long as said oversized buildings shall remain on said lots or unless otherwise released by authority of the Director c Building and Planning of the City of Carlsbad.
