That certain parcel of land situated in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
being that portion of Lot 238 of Carlsbad Tract No. 98-14-03 as shown on Map No. 14841 filed July
26, 2004 in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, together with that portion
of Parcel 1 as described in the City of Carlsbad Certificate of Compliance for Adjustment Plat, ADJ
03-02 recorded March 7, 2006 as Document No. 2006-0156681, in said Office of the County
Recorder, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most westerly comer of Lot 7 of said Map No. 10815, said point being the
northeasterly terminus of that certain course shown as "North 50°30'00" East 45.12 feet" on said
map; thence along the northwesterly line of said Lot 7 North 50°30'08" East 45.12 feet to the most
northerly corner of said Lot 7; thence along the northeasterly line of said Lot 7 South 35°23'52" East
104.88 feet to the most easterly corner of said Lot 7; thence along the southeasterly prolongation of
said northeasterly line South 35°23'52" East 4.00; thence South 24°28'07" West 17.75 feet to an
intersection with a non-tangent curve concave southerly and having a radius of 50.00 feet, the
southwesterly terminus of said curve shall be tangent to the southeasterly line of Lot 6 of said Map
No. 10815, a radial line of said curve from said intersection bears South 06°43'22" West; thence
along said curve easterly 30.37 feet through a central angle of 34°48'21" to the easterly line of
Allysum Road as shown on said Map and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the
continuation of said curve southeasterly, southerly and westerly 132.96 feet through a central angle
of 152°21 "37" to a point of reverse curvature with a curve concave southerly and having a radius of
65.00 feet, said curve shall terminate southwesterly at the most westerly corner of said Parcel 1 and
be tangent to that certain curve shown as being concave southeasterly and having a radius of 470.00
feet along the southeasterly line of said Allysum Road on said Map No. 10815, a radial line of said
curve from said point bears South 13°53'20" West, thence along said curve having a radius of 65.00
feet westerly 56.40 feet through a central angle of 49°42'59" to said tangent intersection being also a
point of cusp, a radial line of said curves from said point bears South 35°49'39" East; thence along
said southeasterly line of Allysum Road through the following courses: along said curve
northeasterly 3.52 feet through a central angle of 00°25'47"; thence tangent from said curve
