Western Pacific Housing-Carrillo, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company
hereby GRANTS to
City of Carlsbad, a Municipai Corporation
the following described real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California:
an easement for general public utility purposes over, under, upon, and across said real property
together with the right to construct, grade, inspect, operate, maintain, repair, replace and
remove sewer facilities and features within the bounds of said easement as described in Exhibit
“A” consisting of 2 pages, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Exhibit “6” consisting of 1
