WATER LINE EASEMENT DEDICATION
A 10.00 foot water easement being within a portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section
35, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, being more particularly being
described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of La Costa Condominium No. 3, Map No. 6129,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County; thence along the
Northerly line of said Map NO. 6129 South 68'26'07" West 59.52 feet (South 68'30'04"
West record) to the beginning of a tangent 481.00 foot radius curve concave
Southeasterly; thence continuing along said Northerly line Southwesterly along said

CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED EASEMENT
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Grant Deed of
Easement dated March 25, 2003, from KSL La Costa Resort, a Delaware Corporation
to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, a Public Agency organized under the
Municipal Water Act of 191 1, and a Subsidiary District of the City of Carlsbad, a
Municipal Corporation, is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, pursuant to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on September 16, 1997, and
the grantee consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
