TEMPORARY SLOPE
DRAINAGE EASEMENT
P.R. 00-28
A Temporary Easement for slope, storm drain facilities, appurtenances and
maintenance purposes over, under, along and across a portion of the
Remainder Parcel of Carlsbad Tract No. 83-36, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, Stateof California, according to Map thereof No. 11242,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on May 23, 1985,
described as follows:
Commencing at the most Southeasterly corner of said Remainder Parcel;
thence along the East Boundary of said Remainder Parcel North 20’49’45”
East, 18.38 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing along
said Boundary North 20’49’45” East, 38.29 feet; thence leaving said
Boundary North 69’10’15” West, 14.00 feet; thence South 20’49’45” West,
34.50 feet to a point in the arc of an 1863.00 foot radius curve concave
Southwesterly, a radial line to said point bears North 35’45’30” East;
thence southeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
OO”26’45” a distance of 14.50 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Said easement contains 509 square feet.

CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the deed or grant
dated April 12, 2000, from Gateway lvey Ranch Associates, Inc., A California
Corporation Member, is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, pursuant to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on September 16, 1997, and
the grantee consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
