CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF COVENANT FOR EASEMENT
This is to certifl that the interest in real property conveyed by the Grant Deed of
Easement dated May 14.2004 from Brian and Joyce Seiderman, to the City of Carlsbad,
California, a municipal corporation, is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, pursuant to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on September 16, 1997, and
the grantee consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
