This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Grant
Deed of Easement For Public Street and Public Utility Purposes dated February
16, 2010, Wayne E. Crawford and Diane K. Crawford, as Co-Trustees of their
successor trustee under the Crawford Family Trust dated February 6, 2003,
Owner, to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, pursuant to
Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on September 16,1997, and the grantee
consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
