This easement shall remain in full force and effect until such time that the Notice of Completion for the "Palomar Airport

the Office of the County Recorder, San Diego County, California.
This easement shall extinguish and terminate and upon such time that the Notice of Completion for the "Palomar Airport
Road - East and El Camino Real, Faraday to Palomar Airport Road - Project Number 3166 construction project is filed in
the Office of the County Recorder, San Diego County, California.
All rights appurtenant to said easement shall revert to the owner(s) of the underlaying fee title of the lands at the time 01
such extinguishment and termination.
