A 70.00 foot wide access opening the c-enter thereof being a point on the
northwesterly right of way of said Loker Avenue 245.93 feet southwesterly alon
the arc of a 536.00 foot radius curve concave southeasterly having a central
angle of 26'17'20" which begins at the most easterly corner of said Lot 6.

CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant dated November 17, 1987
from Carlsbad Crossroads Limited
to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation,
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California pursuant to resolution No. 8927 , adopted
on - January 6, 1987 , and the grantee consents to the
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
