Beginning at the most Northerly point of the Easterly sideline of said Paseo Valindo
Street, being the beginning of a non-tangent 25.00 foot radius curve concave
4 Southeasterly, to which a radial line bears North 09”11’05” West; thence along said
Easterly sideline the following courses: Southwesterly along the arc of said curve
through a central angle of 88’37’55” a distance of 38.67 feet; thence South
07’49’00” East 246.26 feet to the beginning of a tangent 584.00 foot radius curve
concave Westerly; thence Southerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle
