1. ‘- The City will accept drainage easemknts over the following storm drain culverts on the offsite
l , Bressi Ranch property:
l 66” pipe under El Fuerte
l 84” pipe under the Bressi “farm dam”
l 1 IV’ pipe under the sewer embankment easterly of the El Fuerte embankment
l 48” pipe under the sewer embankment easterly of the El Fuerte embankment
2. An access easement will be required to each storm drain easement. Access to the headwalls will
not be required for the Bressi “farm dam” pipe, and the two pipes under the sewer embankment.
Access to the headwalls for the 66” El Fuerte culvert will be required. The access easement will
follow the existing graded access roads from Poinsettia and El Fuerte.
3. Legal descriptions and plat maps will be prepared and submitted to the City for review.
