Acceptance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
Whereas, Earl H. Shultz and Karen L. Shultz, co-trustees u/d/t dated June 20, 1974, of
Earl H. Shultz and Karen L. Shultz, as owners, have made an Irrevocable Offer To
Dedicate Public Access Easement per Record 84-018681 filed in the Office of The
County Recorder of San Diego County, January 17, 1984.
Now, therefore, the City of Carlsbad, State of California hereby accepts the Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication from Earl H. Shultz and Karen L. Shultz, co-trustees u/d/t dated June 20,
1974, of Earl H. Shultz and Karen L. Shultz and authorizes the City Clerk to execute this
acceptance.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the IRREVOCABLE
OFFER OF DEDICATION, dated January 5,2005, from Earl H. Shultz and Karen L. Shultz, to
the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation, is hereby accepted by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, pursuant to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on September
