Acceptance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
Whereas, Villanes of La Costa Southwest, LLC , as owners, have made an
Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of the following described property:
Easement for public pedestrian trails as indicated on CT 88-03-3, Arroyo La Costa, Unit 3
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, state of California according to the map
thereof No. 13636 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
September 18, 1998 and more precisely determined by the attached legal description
(Exhibit A) and plat (Exhibit 6).
And, whereas, such offer is for the purpose of Trail Easements
And, whereas, the City of Carlsbad, State of California hereby accepts the Irrevocable Offer of
Dedication from and authorizes the City Clerk to
execute this acceptance.
