Stidolph LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Grant Deed, attached as Exhibit D ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 207-101-09-00 City of Carlsbad Code Case Number CE-16-0883 Pursuant to Government Code Sections 38773 and 38773.1 and Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 6.16.040 governing the abatement of a nuisance, the City of Carlsbad did on December 7, 2016 to December 19, 2016 abate a nuisance upon the real property hereafter described, and then on April 6, 2017, did assess the cost of the abatement upon the real property. The City of Carlsbad claims a lien on the real property for the expense of the abatement and the related administrative costs in the amount of $13,747.00. This amount shall be a lien against the real property until it is paid and discharged of record.
