O'vMER wishes to divide certain property hereinafter referred to as PROPERTY, owned by him., located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Die^o, State of California, rore particularly .described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein . 2. Installation at the present tir.<e of certain public improve- ments alonn; the street frontage of PROPERTY, listed on lixnibit B, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, would be impracticable. COVHNAMTS: Now, therefore, it is nutually agreed as follows: 1.
