PROVIDED. however, that this conveyance is made and accepted upon each of the following express ccnditions

or handling intoxicating liquors; (3) that any and all legal water charges or other charger or assessmects made by said Oceanside Mutua
Company, or its successors or assigns, shall be paid to said water corn-pany, or its successors or assigns, prompdy when due, and if the H
any part, of said charges or assessments are not so paid when due, that the same shall ipso facfo, become IawEul liens upon said premises.
Upon a breach of any of the Foregoing conditions, the title to said property hereby conveyed, and {he whole thereof, sha!l revert a.r
in the Erst party, its successors or assigcs. No forfeiture shall occur, however, under any breach aforesaid, unless second party shall refusc
lect far ninety (90) days after wxitten notice thereof (by any person or corporation herein given the right to have said breach abated or rea
