A lU3SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
QUITCLAIM DEED INVOLVING A WATER LINE
EASEMENT NO LONGER REQUIRED BY THE CITY
WHEREAS, a water line easement exists in the City of Carlsbad
!O' in width, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incor-
lorated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, a portion of this water line easement is no longer
required by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
>f Carlsbad, as follows:
1, That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
zxecute a Quitclaim Deed in the form shown on Exhibit "A" attached
iereto and incorporated herein by reference, in favor of the person
3r persons legally entitled thereto as their respective interests
now appear of record,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Jouncil on the 4th day of September, 1973, by the following vote,
to wit: c
