San Diego, according to map thereof No. 1661, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County on March 24, 1915
has been approved for a SECOND DWELLING UNIT, HITCHMAN 2nd DWELLING UNIT - No.
CBI 43220 by the City of Carlsbad on March 24, 2015. Said approval restricts the property as
follows:
1. The property owner(s) shall reside in either the main dwelling unit or the second
dwelling unit, unless a lessee leases both the main dwelling and the second dwelling
unit.
2. The obligations and restrictions imposed on the SECOND DWELLING UNIT are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
