NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
SECOND DWELLING UNIT
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
Lots 9, 11, 17, 24 and 26 of Carlsbad Tract CT 06-13, Tabata 10, in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to
map thereof No. 15992, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County on September 15, 2014
have been approved for a SECOND DWELLING UNIT, Tabata 10 SDU - No. CDP 14-12 by the
City of Carlsbad on July 2, 2014. Said approval restricts the property as follows:
1. The property owner(s) shall reside in either the main dwelling unit or the second
dwelling unit, unless a lessee leases both the main dwelling and the second dwelling
unit.
2. The obligations and restrictions imposed on the SECOND DWELLING UNIT are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
3. If the second dwelling unit is rented, the monthly rental rate shall not exceed the
allowable housing expense of a low-income household as defined in the Carlsbad
Municipal Code.
