according to Map thereof No. 1661, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, March 1915
is restricted by a Tentative Tract Map No. CT 05-19, Site Development Plan No.
SDP 05-13, and a Non-Residential Planned Development Permit No. PUD 05-15,
approved by the City of Carlsbad on June 7, 2006. A copy is on file at the City of
Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
