California described as follows:
Lot 1 of Carisbad Tract CT 06-20 in the City of Carisbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No.
15630, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego on
October 11, 2007,
is restricted by two Conditional Use Permits No. CUP 12-05 and CUP 12-06 approved by the
City of Carisbad on July 17, 2013; and a Minor Subdivision and Non-Residential Planned
Development Permit No. MS 12-02 and PUD 12-04 approved by the City of Carisbad on July
18, 2013. A copy is on file at the City of Carisbad Planning Division. The obligations and
restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the
property.
