NOTICE OF GRADING VIOLATION
The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property
described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter
11.06 Excavation and Grading.
VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
CMC 11.06.030(8) -
A) Fill exceeds three feet in verticle height.
C) Fill changed and adversely affected the existing drainage pattern.
B) Fill has been placed on an existing slope steeper than 5:l.
0) Toe of the fill is closer than 3 feet to an exterior property line.
E) Fill placed exceeds one hundred cubic yards per each eight thousand square feet of area graded.
CMC 11.06.035(b) - Grading/clearing and grubbing has been performed on land
that was previously undisturbed (covered by native vegetation).
