NOTICE OF GRADING VIOLATIOW
The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading.
VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
1. CMC 11.06.030 Grading done without first having obtained a grading permit from the City Engineer.
2. CMC 11.06.030 18)(A) Fill exceeds three (3) feet in vertical height.
3. CMC 11.06.030 (8) (B) Fill placed on existing slope steeper than five units horizontal to one vertical.
4. CMC 11.06.030 (8) IC) Fill does change or adversely affect the existing drainage pattern.
5. CMC 11.06.030 18) (E) Fill does exceed one hundred cubic yards of material per each eight thousand square feet of area.
6. CMC 11.06.035 Clearing and grubbing of vegetation done in preparaticn for land development without discretionary approvals.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: That certain parcel of land located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, being a portion of Lot 2 of Carlsbad Tract No. 81-03, Map No. 2152 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on October
1, 1981 with an APN: 215-080-01.
OWNERSHIP: Ari DeJong Jr. Family Trust
