The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described
below have been divided or have resulted from a division in violation of the
Subdivision Map Act and provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code adopted
pursuant thereto.
VIOLATION: A Tentative Parcel Map showing said parcels has not been approved
and a Parcel Map has not been recorded in the office of the
County Recorder prior to the sale, lease, financing, conveyance
or transfer of said parcels as required by the Subdivision
Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad.
