NOTICE 0 F GRADING VIOLATION
The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property
described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading.
VIOLATION:
11.06
Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
040 HAZARDS - siltation on street and sidewalks adversely
affects the safety and use of public way.
11.06.130 PLANTING OF SLOPES - cut slopes more than five feet
in height and fill slopes more than three feet in
height shall be protected against damage by erosion
by planting with grass or ground cover.
11.06.180(e) RESPONSIBILITY OF PERMITTEE TEMPORARY EROSION
CONTROL - Permittee shall put into effect and main-
tain all precautionary measures necessary to protect
adjacent public and private property.
