compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 20 Subdivisions and the Subdivision Map Act.
OWNER(S): Linda Marie Orlandi, Trustee of the Barney Declaration of Trust dated January
16, 1980 and as amended April 8, 1985 and further amended January 19, 1999
DESCRIPTION: See Exhibit "A" Attached
NOTE:
This Notice shall release the Notice of Violation as recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County on December 15,1975 as File No. 75-352836.
The Release of Notice of Violation shall in no way affect the requirement of any other County, State
