brought into full compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 11.06
Excavation and Grading.

NOTE: The hereinabove description has been provided by the owner of the
property and neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or
employees assume responsibility for the accuracy of said description.
This Notice shall release the Notice of Grading Violation as recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on May 13, 1986 as File No.
86-188555.
This Release of Notice of Grading Violation shall in no way affect the
requirements of any other County, State or Federal agency that regulates
development of real property.
