Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3114.3 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that certain assessments and liens have been paid in full and discharged
relating to proceedings in an assessment district known and designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.
2003-01 (COLLEGE BOULEVARD AND CANNON ROAD EAST) (hereinafter referred to as the
"Assessment District"). This NOTICE is an addendum to that certain NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT previously
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of SAN DIEGO COUNTY on the 17"^ day of September, 2003,
Document No. 2003-1140577.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the assessment recorded against the parcel and/or parcels hereinafter
identified has been paid in full and that the lien against said properties has been fully discharged:
Those properties identified by their respective numbers as set forth hereinafter in Exhibit A,
lying within the boundaries of Assessment District No. 2003-01 (College Boulevard and
Cannon Road East), of which the exterior boundaries and real property of said Assessment
District are as delineated upon a map of said Assessment District entitled Assessment
District No. 2003-01 (College Boulevard and Cannon Road East) filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of SAN DIEGO COUNTY on the 17"^ Day of September, 2003, in Book 37,
Page 69, Document No. 2003-1140382, BOOK OF MAPS OF ASSESSMENT AND
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTS, Official Records of said County as amended by
map of said Assessment District entitled Assessment District No. 2003-01 (College
Boulevard and Cannon Road East) filed in the Office ofthe County Recorder of SAN DIEGO
COUNTY on the 16"^ Day of October, 2007, in Book 41, Page 64, Document No. 2007-
0664624, BOOK OF MAPS OF ASSESSMENT AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES
DISTRICTS, Official Records of said County.
This addendum, and its recording, has no effect on the authority of the legislative body with respect to any
identified parcel by reason of its inclusion in the Assessmeot District or assessment for the work, acquisitions,
or improvements. / J
